Ready, Set, Regret (Or Not!)
A hidden gem right in the heart of the old quarter! The location is fantastic-just a short stroll to the lake and a plethora of street food options nearby. The breakfast spread is good, with a taste of both local and international cuisine. The staff's warm hospitality. Highly recommend!

amazing access to hanoi's beauty and excitement
During my three-night stay, I loved how I was just a few steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake and the vibrant Old Quarter. Both offered scenic strolls and plenty of cultural landmarks to explore.

A very friendly staff awaits you. The breakfast was very varied. One is very close to the lake and yet in a relatively quiet side street. At half past eleven the peace returns.

Very central location, but not on a main road. Very friendly staff. Nothing extravagant, but good, cheap and clean.
When taking a shower, you put the bathroom under water and it was pretty smelly. The fact that it is loud in Hanoi is not the hotel's fault. But since the windows are not really tight, it is quite loud.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the thin windows let in some street noise. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to attractions. Breakfast options were satisfying, although the small lift was a bit inconvenient.

The breakfast buffet was served on the top floor with an very nice view of the lake. The staff were super friendly and helped us with our heavy luggage when we went on our tours.
It wasn't cheap but worth it.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Hoan Kiem Lake, great to explore the beautiful temples nearby. The breakfast had a great spread and was a wonderful start to the day, especially with our little baby with us.
My kids wished there was a soundproof option as street noise could be bothersome in the mornings.

The family suite offered ample space and bright decor, perfect for us. Comfy double beds made for a restful sleep. A kettle for tea in the room is a nice touch. Location was ideal, just one street away from the lake and close to major attractions. Dat, the staff member, helped us arrange our airport taxi. Made our departure much smoother. The breakfast had a good variety, though it could have been restocked faster during peak hours. A great stay with friendly service and a prime location.
